Sweepstakes Dates: October 3, 2024 – October 7, 2024

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE THE CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. ELIGIBILITY: Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is open only to those who sign up at the online sweepstakes page and who are at least 18+ years old at the time of The sweepstakes is open to the legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States (excluding AK and HI) including the District of Columbia and is void where prohibited by law. Employees, officers, and directors of each of The Maker Group LLC (the "Sponsor") and Dolce Vita Footwear, Inc., and each of their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
2. AGREEMENT TO RULES: By participating, you agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these Rules, and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements set forth In addition, you agree to accept the decisions of the Sponsor, as final and binding as it relates to the content. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: Entries will be accepted online starting on or about October 3, 2024 at 12:00 PM ET and ending October 6, 2024 at 11:59 PM All online entries must be received by October 6, 2024 at 11:59 PM ET. All times are (GMT-05:00) Eastern Time (US & Canada). Participants are solely responsible for determining the correct time zone in their respective jurisdictions; Sweepstakes Entities disclaim all liability or responsibility relating thereto. 4. HOW TO ENTER: The Sweepstakes must be entered by 1) following both @themakerhotel and @dolcevita on Instagram, 2) like and comment who you would bring, on the post which announces and links to the Sweepstakes entry page, and 3) submitting the online form provided on this site where eligible participants are required to provide their first and last name, email address, phone number, and Instagram username (“Entry”). The entry must fulfill all sweepstakes requirements, as specified, to be eligible to win a Entries that are not complete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. You may enter only once and you must fill in the information requested. You may not enter more times than indicated by using multiple e-mail addresses, identities or devices in an attempt to circumvent the rules. If you use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the rules your submission may be removed from eligibility at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.
5. PRIZE: The approximate retail value of the prize is $3000. Limit one (1) The prize includes:

You are not guaranteed to win the prize and your chance of winning is dependent on the total number of eligible entries received. Actual/appraised value may differ at time of prize award. The specifics of the prize shall be solely determined by the Sponsor. No cash or other prize substitution permitted. The prize is nontransferable. Any and all prize related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and local taxes shall be the sole responsibility of the winner. No substitution of prize or transfer/assignment of prize to others or request for the cash equivalent by winners is permitted. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor to use winner's name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
