If your item does not fit, please start by visiting our Returns Center. You will be able to choose your exchange online and if the item is in stock, it will be shipped as soon as you drop off your item at an official FedEx Office location. If your exchange item goes out of stock before your original order is returned via FedEx, your original order will be refunded.
If you wish to exchange for a different style or color, place a new order for the style, color, size you want, and then call customer service at 1-877-525-2833 to get return authorization and a prepaid FedEx QR code to send the item back to us as a return. When you call customer service please have your new order number handy so they can file the return as an exchange and a full refund will be issued once the merchandise is received at our warehouse.
