We gladly accept returns of UNWORN merchandise within 30 days of delivery except for 'FINAL SALE' items, which cannot be returned or exchanged. Returns will be refunded to the original method of payment.

Step by step process through your account:

  1. Go to 'My Orders'
  2. Find your order number
  3. Then select ‘Return Request’ next to the item you wish to return.
  4. Check the box next to the item, and choose the reason for the return.
  5. After completion, you will then have the option to select a UPS or USPS Mail Innovations label.
  6. You will then need to drop the package at either UPS or United States Post Office.

Please note shipping charges are not refundable. Your return request must be made within 30 days of when order was delivered, we must receive the merchandise back at the warehouse within 15 days of when the authorization was issued.

Do not send items back through other means or without obtaining a return authorization as your package may be sent back to you.

Once your return is received at the warehouse, a receipt confirmation will be sent to your email. A second email confirming the refund will be sent within 24-48 hours. Refund back to the original payment may take up to 3 business days to appear. The turnaround time is 1-2 weeks from time shipped to when refund is issued.

    PLEASE NOTE: 'FINAL SALE' ITEMS MAY NOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED. Dolce Vita guarantees against manufacturer's defects. Normal wear and tear does not qualify.     Dolce Vita merchandise purchased from other retailers, including department stores, must be returned to the store from which it was originally purchased and is subject to the return policy of the originating retailer.
