a. SHIPPING: Most orders ship within 2 business days via FedEx Ground. Continental U.S. delivery takes 3–7 business days unless Next Day Shipping is selected. Orders to Hawaii and Alaska also arrive in 3–7 business days, while shipments to the U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, and Puerto Rico typically take about 2 weeks. International shipping is not available at this time, but we’re working to expand our shipping options soon. Pre-orders ship on or around the date listed on the product page, unless an item is canceled due to demand. We currently do not ship to P.O Boxes. For more information, please refer to our FAQ.

b. RETURNS: We gladly accept returns of UNWORN merchandise within 30 days of delivery except clearance items, which are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged. Returns will be refunded to the original method of payment. You may obtain a return authorization using the Return Center.
