 Arriving at the Venice airport (Marco Polo), beside the usual bus connections to Piazzale Roma there is a water bus service connecting the airport to Lido and San Marco's Square. In alternative you'll always find a water taxi available to take you into Venice (about $80, max two persons including luggage).
