Lake Garda

Lake Garda, named also Benaco, is the largest Italian lake: its origin is glacial and it fills a long and wide gully amidst Lombardia, Veneto and Trentino. The Polesine is a district in Veneto close to the Po delta, marked by a fertile and intensely cultivated countryside.
