Polesine

The Polesine is a district in Veneto close to the Po delta, marked by a fertile and intensely cultivated countryside. Owing to the special features of the land, Polesine offers tourists an extraordinary variety of choices: from art itineraries to stays in the very well-equipped sea resorts Rosolina Mare and the isle of Albarella, to nature-oriented holiday. If you opt for this kind of holiday it is possible to meander by boat among the reed thickets and the canals of the delta and get to sudden and unspoiled small beaches with very white sand.
