Palermo

Palermo, situated in the Conca d'Oro region of Sicily, is surrounded by a fascinating landscape, bordered by very large inland orchards and its coast is full of unspoiled inlets. The best seasons to visit Palermo are spring, when all the citrus plantations and the orchards are in blossom, and summer when tourists pour onto its coast.
The city is two-faceted, its Arab and the Baroque heritages clash and blend in a mysterious and seductive way.
