Lake Bolsena

It is the ancient Volsiniensis Lacus, the largest Italian volcanogenic lake with a 43 Km perimeter around which there are some villages - Gradoli, Marta, Montefiascone -connected by a panoramic ring road of rare beauty. Two islands - Bisentina and Mariana - emerge from its deep waters.
Not to be missed: The tour of the lake for the beauty of the landscape and its wonderful views.

Ponza

It is the biggest island in the Pontine archipelago which includes Gavi, Zenone, Palmarola, Ventotene and S. Stefano. Volcanogenic, it has indented coasts interspersed with very beautiful beaches and romantic coves.
Not to be missed: The village of Ponza, placed like an amphitheater around the port and the beach of Chiaia Luna with its sheer cliff of smooth rock.

Viterbo

Viterbo, in northern Lazio, is surrounded by a fertile valley. It is one of the most beautiful districts in Italy, full of history and natural beauties such as mountains, lakes and unspoiled wild areas. The best seasons to visit Viterbo are spring and summer to better appreciate the wonders still preserved by this town, cradle of the Etruscans.
Not to be missed: The medieval district is the most characteristic part of town and it preserves a lot of architectural evidence from the 14th century. Fontana Grande is a beautiful typical fountain in Viterbo style.
