Most likely the most beautiful place in town, all done in wood and old molded plaster just steps away from the cathedral and university. The tables are festively decked out in lace, with the finest in glass and cutlery. The cuisine is innovative, while not losing track of its Trentine roots. From gnocchi to tagliatelle, the pasta is all home-made and, when in season, the local black truffles are artfully paired with fresh mushrooms. Special items are the fagottino pasta pouches filled with veal and venison served with a plum and quince sauce. Desserts are good and the cookies are fresh from the oven.
