The tables are festively decked out in lace, with the finest in glass and cutlery. The cuisine is innovative, while not losing track of its Trentine roots. From gnocchi to tagliatelle, the pasta is all home-made and, when in season, the local black truffles are artfully paired with fresh mushrooms.
