Located in the Baroque heart the city. Only regional products are used to produce a wide range of Salentina specialties: a triumph of vegetables accompanied by cheeses, flaky whit fish and seafood. Ample choice of first courses, including barley soup, cavatelli with beans and seafood, orecchiette pasta with sharp ricotta and aromatic herbs. Excellent meat and fish dishes. Don't miss the parfait di caffč or the spuma di cioccolato fondente. The wine cellar boasts some of the best labels in all Salento.

At the very center of Lecce, the restaurant's large and airy garden is a treasure. The menu is seasonal. Optimal selections include the fusilli al ragł di gamberi freschi e cozze sgusciate (pasta with a sauce of scampi and mussels), seafood risotto and fresh fish prepared in every conceivable manner. The desserts are all made in-house, including the cassatina siciliana. The cellar has a good selection of local and international wines.

A lively trattoria with a food selection of Salento's best. Abundant choice of vegetable appetizers. Wine list somewhat limited.
