The Chef as Sea-Wolf

Claudio's restaurant in Bergeggi Alta, in the province of Savona, has proudly displayed its Michelin star for the last seven years and enjoys the rank of 27th best restaurant in all of Italy, according to 7 of the country's most prominent gastronomy guides.
The view from the restaurant terrace in splendid, opening onto the beach of the Gulf of Bergeggi just a few hundred meters below. The terrace is surrounded by a lovely hotel, sporting a swimming pool and airy, peaceful rooms furnished with antiques. Claudio's idea is that guests could take advantage of a cooking course in his restaurant, while staying at the hotel and combine this with a sailing trip along the Ligurian coast.
The sailboat is a fast 22 meter cutter, as beautiful as it is elegant, with a deck large enough to accommodate a little jogging or your morning gymnastics. The cabin is optimally equipped, with space enough to stow the necessities which follow the chef wherever he goes: herbs, extra-virgin olive oil, white and red Ligurian wines such as Vermentino, Pigato, Rossese and Ormeasco.
