Online Return Policy


We gladly accept returns on merchandise within 45 days of the shipping date for items that HAVE NOT BEEN WORN OR WASHED, with ALL TAGS attached and the original sales receipt included. Refunds for items returned within the 45 day limit will be credited back to the original credit card used. The amount of the refund should appear on your bank statement within 5-10 working days. (Please note that refund times are dictated by the card issuers and are outside of our control.)

**CLEARANCE ITEMS CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED FOR ANY REASON.

Return shipping is at your expense. Please ship back insured and prepaid using any traceable method to the address listed below. (Unfortunately we cannot be responsible for any packages that we do not ship ourselves). Please pack all items in an appropriate shipping box or reuse the original packaging. Footwear returns must include the original shoe box in its original condition--please do not place shipping labels or packing tape directly on the shoe box. A $5 damage fee will be deducted from your refund if the shoe box is received back with shipping labels attached. Please include a copy of your original packing slip with any returns. Once we receive your package, we will refund your card and send you an email confirmation. The amount of the refund should appear on your bank statement within 5-10 working days. Exchanges:

If you’d like to exchange an item you purchased, simply return the item using the instructions above and place a new order. We'll issue a refund to your original credit card used after we receive your return.

We recommend placing a new order right away to ensure the item you want is in stock and your color and size is available. Availability of items continuously changes--if you wait to place a new order until after your return is processed, items in your original order may no longer be available.

If you're ordering a different size/color of the same item, and the price of the item has changed, we'll be happy to honor the price you originally paid. Please let us know by emailing us at info@dolcevita.com.
