With an impressive total of 47 shows and 33 presentations, Milan's latest Collezioni Uomo has laid down the law for menswear in the spring of 1999. We'll look forward to seeing a man who's decidedly softer, freer, less restricted in his choice of style and color. A far cry from grey-flannel-suit-and-tie, the turn of the new century dandy favors a more unconstructed, comfortable look.
