Beelzebub's modern day emissaries are presently seen, not riding their brooms , but strolling around in the world's major capitals clad in novel "new" outfits: lace and velvet gowns, heads adorned with medieval crowns (Jean Paul Gaultier).  These sulfurous heroines, eyes battered like the fairy-witch Morgana, are enveloped in ample cloaks and mantels (Lawrence Steele), dressed as neo-barbarian creatures (Fendi), or even cloaked in noiré leather (Montana) like damsels of old. |
