7 oz. breast of turkey 1 head of lettuce 1 tomato 6 T canned corn 7 oz. mayonaise a dash of tabasco 4 T olive oil the juice of 1/2 lemon salt and pepper to taste.
Fry the turkey breast in a dab of butter or boil it with celery,carrot and onion. Let cool, then bone and dice. Chop the tomatoes. Rinse and tear the lettuce. Add turkey, lettuce and tomato to the pasta . In a cup or small mixing bowl, combine mayonaise, tabasco, oil, lemon juice, salt and freshly ground pepper. Blend with a fork until smooth, pour over spaghetti and toss. Keep cool until serving. |
