Stuzzichini
Preparation: 20 minutes
Ingredients:
(serves 8)
24 tiny rounds or squares of sliced bread (approx. 1 inch)
12 white grapes
12 red or purple grapes
7 oz. robiola
Paprika
Salt
Pepper to taste
To Prepare:
Combine the robiola salt and pepper; spread a part of it on the bread.
Cut a vertical deep slit in each grapes without cutting it in half.
Stuff with a dab of robiola. Place a stuffed grape on each bit of bread
and dust the white grapes with a sprinkling of paprika.
