Ham & Ricotta balls
Preparation: 15 minutes
Ingredients:
(serves 4)
1 C. soft ricotta romana
5 oz. cooked ham in cubes
3 oz. shredded Asiago cheese
2-3 T. bread crumbs
sesame seeds roasted at 400 for 3 min.

To Prepare:
In a mixing bowl, combine the Ricotta and Asiago cheese. Fold in the
cubed ham and carefully stir in the bread crumbs, creating a smooth
paste.
Spread the toated sesame seeds evenly on a cookie sheet.
Form balls the size of small eggs from the cheese/ham mixture and roll
through the sesame seeds until well-coated.
Serve on a platter and garnish to taste.
