WHAT ARE YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE HOURS?

We are available to answer customer service questions Monday-Friday between the hours of 8am-5pm PST. The quickest way to receive an answer to your question is to email info@dolcevita.com.

WHERE IS MY ORDER?

Upon the completion of your order, you will receive an email confirmation outlining the details of your order. This message will include a link that will direct you to updated tracking information. Please note that you will typically receive this email with tracking information approximately 24 hours after your order actually ships.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

At this time, we do not ship internationally. You can find our products at many other online retailers that do ship internationally. Please email info@dolcevita.com if you would like assistance finding a particular style and/or need a recommendation for a vendor that ships internationally.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER ONCE IT HAS BEEN PLACED?

In an effort to get our shipments to our customers as quickly as possible, your order cannot be cancelled or modified once it has been placed. Please refer to our return instructions on how to return your order once you receive it. If you have entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us immediately.

HOW DO I RETURN MY ITEM?

I received an e-mail notification that my return was received, where is my refund?

The amount of the refund should appear on your bank statement within 5-10 working days. (Please note that refund times are dictated by the card issuers and are outside of our control.)

I am trying to place an order and I keep getting this message “Could not add item #(sku) to your shopping bag.”  What’s the problem?

Make sure you select both a color and size before you add item to cart.
